About Dash0

Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.

The Opportunity

Dash0 is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure of our marketing engine. You're not just managing a tool — you're designing the systems that power our entire go-to-market strategy.

Your mission is to architect the lead lifecycle, automate complex enrichment pipelines, and ensure our data is high-fidelity. You'll be the owner of HubSpot, ensuring our marketing and sales teams have the data and workflows they need to win.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage lead scoring models based on buyer intent signals, and design automated lifecycle stages — from MQL to SQL — with clear handoff triggers and SLAs.

  • Own the HubSpot technical setup, including custom objects, advanced workflows, permissions, and validation rules that keep CRM data trustworthy.

  • Build and optimize automated enrichment pipelines (firmographic and technographic data), ensuring data models support advanced segmentation and routing.

  • Implement and maintain attribution tracking that connects marketing activity to pipeline — own lead capture infrastructure including forms, conversion tracking, and progressive profiling.

  • Work with APIs and webhooks to integrate tools across the stack, handling JSON data structures and data mapping to ensure everything syncs cleanly.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a strong focus on systems.

  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — you know how to build scalable processes, custom objects, and advanced workflows within the platform.

  • Technical credibility — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON. You can read API docs, build integrations, and troubleshoot data flow issues independently.

  • A data integrity mindset — you think in terms of data schemas and field mappings, with a track record of managing deduplication, standardization, and GDPR compliance.

  • Strong understanding of lead routing and the lead-to-close engine, with the ability to build for scale.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced enrichment tools (Clay, Clearbit, 6sense, or ZoomInfo).

  • Formal training in HubSpot RevOps or Marketing Software certifications.

  • Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools.

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
