The Opportunity
Dash0 is scaling fast and we need a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for the US market. You'll be our pipeline wizard — balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product roles.
You'll partner closely with Leadership, GTM, and Product teams to identify and secure the best talent in the B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure space. From the first intake call and proactive sourcing to the final offer negotiation — you own the entire journey. Because we're a global team, you'll bridge the gap between Europe and North America, ensuring our hiring engine runs smoothly across all time zones.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end hiring for a diverse range of roles across Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product — owning the full process from sourcing to close.
Actively source and nurture passive talent in the Observability and Cloud ecosystems — you don't just wait for applicants, you hunt for the best.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership — lead intake sessions, define competencies, and provide data-backed guidance on headcount planning and organizational design.
Implement scalable hiring processes — interview rubrics, calibration sessions, and structured evaluations that make every hiring decision fair, objective, and efficient.
Maintain high data integrity within Ashby (our ATS), track key metrics, and continuously optimize sourcing and selection strategies.
Manage recruiting workflows across North America and Europe, maintaining high availability for US stakeholders and candidates.
What You Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B tech/SaaS environments.
Proficiency with Ashby — you're comfortable navigating and optimizing modern recruitment stacks.
A global mindset — comfortable working a shifted schedule to overlap with US business hours, with experience navigating both NA and EMEA talent markets.
Strong proactive sourcing skills and pride in managing your own logistics to deliver a curated candidate experience.
A consultative approach — you have the confidence to challenge hiring managers and provide data-backed insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the Observability or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem.
Experience with headcount planning and organizational design at a scaling startup.
Background in recruiting for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, SRE).
Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
